Who we are
GetRanked AI (“we”) provides reports and monitoring that measure how AI assistants answer buying questions in your market. By using the service you agree to these terms.
What we sell
A Professional AI Report is a one-time purchase (£99). We put approximately 60 buyer questions to five AI assistants, analyse around 300 answers, and deliver a report and a PDF.
Professional Monitoring is a subscription (£49 per month, or £490 per year). It includes the report, re-checks your 20 highest-intent questions weekly and runs a full scan monthly.
What we can and cannot promise
We measure what AI assistants say and which sources they read. We tell you what we measured, what an assistant said about its own answer, and what we conclude — and we label which is which.
We cannot promise that an AI assistant will change its answer. We can tell you exactly which answers are in play and what the assistants themselves said they would need. Nobody controls what a model recommends, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something they cannot deliver. We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, traffic or recommendations.
Refunds
If your report does not feel worth what you paid, tell us within 14 days and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why, and we will not ask you to sit through a call about it.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your billing page. You keep every report already delivered. We do not refund part-months.
Your data
We scan the website you give us and store the reports we produce for you. We record what AI assistants said and which sources they cited, and we use that — in aggregate and never in a way that identifies you — to understand which sources AI trusts in each market. See our Privacy Policy.
Fair use
The free report is one scan per website. Automated or abusive use, scraping, or reselling our reports without permission is not permitted, and we may suspend accounts that do it.
Liability
We provide the service as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
