What we collect
Your email address, when you run a free report or buy one. The website you ask us to scan, and its public content. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card. Basic usage events (pages viewed, reports run) so we know what is working.
What we do with it
We use your email to deliver your reports and, if you subscribe, your weekly summaries. We use the scan to produce your report. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
What we learn from every scan
We record which AI assistants named which businesses, and which web sources they cited. We use that — aggregated across all scans, and never in a way that identifies you or your business — to understand which sources AI trusts in a given market. Your own report, your Trust Score and your action plan are yours and are never shared.
Who processes your data
Supabase (database and file storage, EU), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and the AI providers we query on your behalf: OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity and SerpApi. We send those providers only the buyer questions — never your email or your account details.
How long we keep it
Reports are kept for as long as you have an account, so you can compare them over time. Ask us to delete your account and we delete your reports, your email and your scans within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@getrankedai.com and we will action it within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies: one to keep you signed in, one to remember your email so you are not asked twice, and one anonymous id so we can count how many people ran a report. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party trackers.
