Affiliate Programme Terms

These terms apply between GetRanked AI (“we”, “us”) and you, as an approved participant in the Creator & Affiliate Programme (“the programme”). They take effect when you submit an application and continue for as long as you hold a partner account.

You take part as an independent party. Nothing here creates an employment relationship, an agency, a partnership or a joint venture, and you may not hold yourself out as any of those.

Applying does not create a partner account. Every application is reviewed by a person and we may approve or decline any application at our discretion. We do not have to give a reason.

On approval you receive a unique partner link, a discount code for your audience, access to the Creator Pack and a partner dashboard. Nothing before that point grants you anything.

One commission per referred customer. 30% of the FIRST qualifying purchase that customer makes, calculated on the amount actually paid and excluding tax. That is the only commission that customer will ever generate.

A qualifying purchase is a monthly plan or the one-off Professional AI Report, whichever they buy first. The report is commissioned at 30% and a plan at 30%.

Nothing after that. Once a referred customer has made their first qualifying purchase they are settled. No later plan, upgrade, downgrade, renewal, second report or other product earns any further commission, for you or for any other partner.

Scan packs and additional tracked-competitor slots are not qualifying purchases: they earn nothing, and buying one does not use up the customer’s first qualifying purchase. All of these appear in your dashboard so you can see that your referral is an active customer.

Commission is always calculated on our side from the amount our payment processor confirms was charged. It excludes tax, refunded amounts, chargebacks and any reversed payment.

These rules are deterministic, they are the rules the software applies, and they are these:

1. A visitor who clicks your link is attributed to you for 90 days.
2. Before a visitor identifies themselves, the most recent partner link they used holds the claim.
3. When a visitor identifies themselves, by submitting a free scan, creating an account, or completing a purchase, the attribution is locked to whoever held it at that moment.
4. A locked attribution is not moved by a later click from another partner, or from any coupon or voucher site, while it is live.
5. If the same visitor clicks your link again, your window restarts.
6. When a window ends with no purchase, the attribution is released and the next partner link may claim it.
7. A discount code is a fallback, not an override. If somebody uses your code and no other partner holds a live lock, the sale is attributed to you. If another partner does hold one, theirs stands and the use of your code is reviewed.
8. You cannot be attributed a referral of yourself. Purchases made by you, or on accounts or addresses belonging to you, earn nothing.

Attribution is held on our servers, not only in a browser cookie, so it survives cookie clearing and reconnects across devices when the same account or email address is used.

Your code gives a referred customer 10% off their first month. It applies to GetRanked AI products only and to the first payment only.

The code is for your own audience. Submitting it to coupon aggregators, voucher directories, cashback sites, browser extensions or deal forums is not permitted and is a ground for removal from the programme.

Commission is recorded as pending when the payment succeeds and becomes available 30 days later, provided the payment has not been refunded or disputed.

A refund reduces the related commission in proportion to the amount refunded. A chargeback reverses it in full. Where commission has already been paid to you, the reversal is recorded as a visible negative adjustment against future earnings; we do not alter or delete your earnings history.

A refunded or reversed first purchase does not make that customer eligible again. They have made their one qualifying purchase, and a later purchase by the same person earns nothing.

We verify each payment with our payment processor before commission is released, so a refund or dispute that reaches us late is reflected before you are paid rather than afterwards.

We may hold a commission beyond the usual period where a referral is being reviewed for the conduct described in clause 8. We will tell you when we do, and we will not hold it indefinitely.

Payouts are made monthly once your available balance is at least $50.00. A balance below that carries forward.

Payouts are made through Stripe. You complete Stripe’s own onboarding, and your banking and identity details are held by Stripe, not by us. We cannot pay you until that is complete and verified.

You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn, and for giving Stripe accurate information.

Disclosure is mandatory. You must clearly disclose that you earn commission, in the post or video itself as well as anywhere you place the link, in whatever form the platform and your audience’s jurisdiction require. A hashtag buried in a list is not disclosure.

The following are prohibited and may end your participation, with commission withheld:

• false or exaggerated claims about what GetRanked AI does;
• fabricated results, invented scores, or edited screenshots presented as real output;
• fake testimonials, invented case studies, or reviews attributed to somebody else;
• earnings claims, income claims or guaranteed business outcomes, for you or for a customer;
• impersonating GetRanked AI, our staff, or an official GetRanked AI channel;
• misleading advertising, including headlines the content does not support;
• undisclosed affiliate promotion where disclosure is required;
• bidding on GetRanked AI brand terms, or variants and misspellings of them, in paid search or paid social;
• unsolicited email, mass direct messages, comment spam and automated posting;
• distributing your code through coupon aggregators, cashback services or browser extensions;
• self-referral, or arranging for others to purchase through your link on your behalf;
• any unlawful promotion, or promotion on sites carrying unlawful or hateful material.

Honest criticism is welcome and is not a breach. You may say what GetRanked AI does not do, compare it with anything you like, and disagree with us in public.

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the GetRanked AI name and the materials in the Creator Pack for the purpose of promoting GetRanked AI under these terms. That licence ends when your participation does.

Use the supplied assets rather than recreating them, and do not modify the logo. Do not register domains, handles, accounts or business names that could be mistaken for ours.

The Creator Pack is versioned. When a new version is published we will tell you, and you should stop circulating superseded product facts and pricing.

Your dashboard shows the performance of your own referrals only. You never receive a customer’s name, email address, billing details, payment details, account information or scan content, and you never see another partner’s data.

Either of us may end your participation at any time. You can ask us to close your partner account; we may suspend or close it where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

If we suspend you, your link stops attributing new referrals and your discount code is switched off for new customers. Customers who already subscribed keep the discount they bought with. Your earnings history and your accrued balance are preserved, and any balance genuinely earned before the suspension remains payable.

We may change these terms. Material changes are notified to active partners and take effect from the date of the new version. Commission already earned is settled under the terms it was earned under.

The programme is provided as it is. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion, earnings or availability, and we do not promise that any particular AI assistant will produce any particular result for any business.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the programme is limited to the commission properly due to you.
